ETR 240 Funding for Entrepreneurs
This course provides a focus on the financial issues and needs confronting entrepreneurs attempting to grow their business by attracting startup and growth capital. Topics include sources of funding including: angel investors, venture capital, IPO's, private placement, banks, suppliers, buyers, partners, and the government. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate an understanding of how to effectively finance a business venture.
