The Early Childhood Professionalism certificate prepares individuals in Early Childhood Education careers to enhance their knowledge and skills in the area of professionalism, ethical conduct, and the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) Code of Ethics. This certificate is designed to allow the student to explore areas of observation, management, advocacy, and relationships with families, community, colleagues, and children. All courses may be applied toward the Early Childhood or School Age Education diplomas or Associate in Applied Science degrees.
