ISC 170 Problem-Solving Skills
This course covers basic concepts of interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Topics include leadership development, constructive feedback, building relationships, and winning support from others. Upon completion, students should be able to use interpersonal skills effectively and lead others. Additional emphasis is placed on problem-solving tools such as check sheets; process maps; brainstorming; cause and effect diagrams; and the five why's.
