Information Technology - Web Administration and Design Diploma (D25590W)
The Information Technology (IT) curriculum with a diploma in Web Administration and Design prepares graduates for employment in website design, development, and management with organizations that use computers to design, process, manage, communicate, and store information.
Course work includes development of a student's ability to communicate and solve technical issues related to websites and web servers. Students will develop an ability to design and program databases and database-driven websites, as well as administer content-management systems.
Graduates should qualify for employment in entry-level positions with businesses, educational systems, and governmental agencies that rely on computer systems to design and manage information. The program will incorporate the competencies of industry-recognized certification exams.
