ASL 282 ASL Lab IV

This course provides an opportunity to enhance the review and the expansion of the essential skills of American Sign Language. Emphasis is placed on the continuing development of expressive and receptive skills and study of authentic and representative literary and cultural texts through the use of various supplementary learning media and materials. Upon completion, students should be able to communicate spontaneously and accurately with increasing complexity and sophistication. This course has been approved for transfer under the CAA and ICAA as a premajor and/or elective course requirement.
