Information Technology - Information and Support Diploma D25590I

The Information Technology (IT) curriculum with a diploma in Information and Support prepares graduates for positions as hardware and software support technicians with organizations that use computers to design, process, manage, communicate, and secure information.

Course work includes development of a student's ability to communicate and solve technical issues related to information technology hardware and software support and services.

Graduates should qualify for employment in entry-level positions with businesses, educational systems, and govern-mental agencies which rely on computer systems to design and manage information. The program will incorporate the competencies of industry-recognized certification exams.
