BAT 141 Security System Fundamentals
This course introduces design and specification of building access control, occupancy sensing, privacy policies, homeland security issues, intruder alert, emergency notification, asset management and tracking. Topics include integration with other system networks such as lighting and fire control systems to maintain safe environments. Upon completion, students should be able to integrate security systems with other electro-mechanical systems in the built environment.
